Biden just agreed to an exchange with Russia to free Paul Whelan and the Wall Street Journal reporter. No word on who is going to Russia but I'm hopeful one of the people is Gleyber Torres.

Actually, I'm glad it's not going to be Gleyber because he would probably botch the exchange.
In fact, Doug, Gleyber WAS in the deal, but could not find his way across the border crossing bridge to Russia.
