Opus One takes down Governor Redsock-Lover of Connecticut

This from agent OpusOne:
So the trophy is coming to the CT State Capitol after all. But let's compare Gov. Jodi Rell's statements.

Jan 2008:
“I would like to thank the Boston Red Sox for rescheduling the trophy tour and for giving baseball fans in Connecticut, particularly Red Sox fans, the special opportunity see a piece of baseball history up close. Like I've said before, we are a state divided when it comes to our baseball allegiance but we all appreciate and are fans of this historic past time. On Friday, it will be Boston Red Sox Day in the State of the Connecticut -- the day this part of Red Sox Nation will join other fans across the state in celebrating the 2007 World Series championship,”

Feb 2010:
“For baseball fans of all stripes, counting down the days to spring training has always helped us get through the long, cold days of winter. Spring training is now right around the corner and having the World Series trophy in Connecticut this week will remind us all of warmer days and months ahead,” Governor Rell said. “It also will make for a great free family outing for those who have children out on school vacation this week.”

So you sure you don't want to mention any particular team's name this year, Jodi? Like maybe the team that WON THE DAMN THING?? Good Riddance, Jodi.
