Oh, the humanity! Garagiola compares it to "a guy stealing somebody's watch after a car accident"—which it is not vaguely comparable to.

Somehow, none of this tsking and handwringing was heard in later years, after Red Sox fans AND EMPLOYEES attacked Yankees players.
