Jordan Montgomery.
We are now down Kluber, German, Monty and Cole.
And Clarke Schmidt.
Er....and Deivi ( who isn't sick or injured...he is simply a bit flawed. A tiny bit flawed ).
But Jessica Dominguez is hitting .200.He went 0-4 yesterday. He plays in the " pre-real" miniature Tarpon baseball league ( Florida C++).
In other words; High school level without classes.
Is he really better than....me, for example ( at that age, I mean?).

Jesus.
I thought if you picked up a guy on waivers, you have to put him on the major league roster? I don't know all the rules there.
I'd love it if Miggy was well enough to play and they put him at third. Wonder y that would affect his mindset?
Gil has no control. Still, I've been interested in seeing him pitch with the big boys.
A lot of hope. Maybe unfounded.
Gil no heel, so far.
alternate universe. Stanton single
Rizzo. Amazing.
Hey, Mullins, when they say throw to second, they don't mean AT second.
Don't get excited. They are still the Orioles.
Only excited in that these are games they have to win. Aside from last night, they need to keep it going.
I just saw Aaron Hicks. I forgot he was on the team.
Doug K.
Stantonian.
Yep, didn't make a difference in the game. Garbage time stat padding.
A cheapie for Stanton.
Bullshit about Hicks being so valuable because he's a switch hitter. With Allen, Gallo and Rizzo, the lineup is just fine in terms of being balanced. And when your switch hitter can't hit, who cares, anyway?
John and Suzyn think Rizzo is a good first baseman.
They might have something there.
I have to believe that Stanton is the best hitter ever when his team is up by 5+ runs. He is unstoppable!
This game ain't over yet. How fast can the call-ups blow this lead? Imagine the girth of the pineapple that might await us!
Let's hope Ridings is as good as Gil. Nine run lead, as long as he's better than Kriske.
6 foot 8, throws 100. I'll take that.
Where have they hidden this guy?
Can we stop bringing up Abreu and using Peralta now?
We're not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy.
These kids have heart and courage.
Soon to be sent back to Brigadoon. Unless brainless falls off of a building rappelling in the next day or so.
where have all the flowers gone, long time passing?
Nice play by Torres.
This guy is no Ridings.
Boston and Tampa both losing in the 7th. Would be nice if they both lost.
Boy, I don't know how Wade is still a major leaguer.
We might win this one.
That was too close.
Rays lost. Boston has one more shot in the ninth.
I really enjoyed that game! It was like the old days… radio on in the garage, plugging away on an old car… and the Yankees abusing Baltimore. More of this please.
Nope! Not getting fooled again. Tomorrow, this team is just as likely to be back to mailing it in.
And how the hell does Gio have a bad hammy after not playing for most of a month? Ah, the mysteries of the Yankees' training room!
The magic number is 25!
I guess they have been hiding the injury all along.
The one thing missing from the NYYs defeating Bawlmore is the scowling Buck Showalter -- who, when the camera caught him, looked like he was being tortured not just to death, but AFTER death.
I miss that.
