TaTa Tulo

I  believe I mentioned that there its more to come.

 Now get ready for the Boone clichés;

 - " no one is going to feel sorry for us..."
 -  " the next man up...."
 - " we still have to play the games.."
-  " that's why we have a farm system"
-  " injuries also create opportunities..."
-  " they ( injuries ) are part of the game."

Thanks, Aaron.

Over to you Brian....

At least we have a great hitting coach.

If only Cy Young wouldn't pitch against us. He's tough.

I THOUGHT I COULD NEVER BE AS CRAZED AND ANGERED AT THE BEGINNING OF A SEASON THAN LAST YEAR....

REMEMBER?

THE RED SOX AND METS WERE A COMBINED 21 - 2 AND I WAS BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS.

....BUT THIS?

THE STENCH OF THIS START IS SO BAD, AND SO OVERWHELMING, THAT I LITERALLY CAN'T SEE ANY LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.

THIS IS MORE LIKE AN ABYSS.

THE INJURIES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EVERYONE ON THIS TEAM STRIKING OUT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

THE PITCHERS WE FACED TODAY DIDN'T HAVE ANYWHERE NEAR OVERWHELMING STUFF. BOYD WAS THROWING 90-92 TOPS, AND THE RELIEF PITCHER AFTER HIM I NEVER HEARD OF, NOR WAS HIS STUFF "OUT OF THIS WORLD".

WE BETTER ACT FAST AND PULL THE PLUG ON THIS TAUCHMAN EXPERIMENT, BECAUSE HE WAS COMPLETELY OVER MATCHED TODAY.

WHY THE FUCK IS HE EVEN PLAYING AGAINST A LEFT HANDER?

OH, THAT'S RIGHT, WE HAVE 6 OUTFIELDERS.\

WE'RE NOW 2 - 4 BUT THAT'S NOT THE PROBLEM.

IT'S HOW WE LOOK.

WITH NO PLAYERS READY TO COME BACK ANYTIME SOON, HOW BAD IS THIS GOING TO GET?

METS KEEP WINNING.

NEW YORK BASEBALL HANGING BY A THREAD.

WHY COULDN'T I GROW UP A MUSICIAN, AND NOT PAID ANY ATTENTION TO THIS SHIT?

Right on, ALL-CAPS.

One thing our announcers like to point out is how strategically the other tea's pitcher is throwing: changing sides, changing speeds, etc.

As if major-league hitters aren't supposed to be able to hit that.

But said M. Boyd? He was just pumping fastball—not-particularly fast or deceptive fastballs—right down the plate.

We couldn't hit him. This team can't even hit straight fastballs now.
