So, just to play this out to the end: the Yanks had a good September, taking Soccer by 32-15. But...after a 14-4 start in October, they fared as well in the Paper of Record as they did on the field, losing, 29-21. Barring a series of truly stupendous moves—or maybe the Stadium burning down—they ain't comin' back.
Thus, through Oct. 31st, it is:
