Here the thing: Montgomery didn't suck. Holding the opposition to two runs should be enough. With any kind of run support, he wins.

You guys are all right on. Monty looked to be in trouble all game long, but 2 runs in 6 innings isn't bad for a rookie. I was doing my best to invoke some negative Ju-Ju, whilst there was still time. I don't often practice, " Gamus interruptis," on the blog. But it seemed a desperate game and moment.
