Biting A Bullet

After a pitcher of " Sidecars" and a bag of M&M Peanuts, here is what I would do.

Bite the bullet and;

1.  Give Centerfield to Florial

2.  Give left field to Allen ( is he related to Richie Allen of the old Phillies?)

3.  Give first base to Gittens

4.  Give second to DJ

5.  Keep Gary at catcher, and Torres and Urshela at their spots.

Play ball.

One more drink and you would develop the courage to DFA Odor and give second base to Park.

Park continues to ride the bench. He should be in left field in place of Gardner, indefinitely. Gardner should be released. His retention is a sentimental folly at best, rank stupidity at worst.

As for Cashman's junk fetish: who is Asher Wojciechowski, and why is this aged, over-the-hioo POS considered a better option than any number of younger, more promising Yankee minor leaguers for a spot start? I don't care whether he lucks into five improbable scoreless innings tonight--it's inexplicable organizational pathology.

Park was sent back to AAA this afternoon to make room for tonight's starter

Asher Wojciechowski was a 1st round pick in 2010 and is 6'4" 235 lb, so that's why Cashman likes him

I don't understand Republicans, Democrats, anyone on the fringes, and anyone in between.

I don't see what the Space Aliens want with us. Surely, anal probing humans was fun initially, but it probably no longer sparks a great deal of happiness.

However, I REALLY don't understand starting Asher W. He has 12 innings pitched in 2021, with a 5.68 ERA.

To put him on the roster, they sent Park down.

I don't even understand why they put him on the roster. Why not let Stanton pitch?

Sending down Park to make room for this failure? That is just insane. One plate appearance and the buh-bye to the Yankees' most promising AAA player. I wonder how Cashman rationalizes such idiocies--if a word containing "rational" isn't too misplaced in this context.

Cashman just LUSTS after guys who are proven failures with other MLB clubs--considers that a much safer bet than even the most promising minor leaguer. Just fucking sick. The guy should be institutionalized.

Gittens has an achillies issue...he's available off the bench tonight...
