Horace, what did you expect? It is all about the denaros and never the fans. Some of the changes made, including nine innings and no ghost runner, will improve the game. They always wait a year. They could have banned the shift for 2022.
Maybe they expanded the commercial breaks and think the fans will have more time to go grab a drink and hit the head.
To these clowns, that's an improvement.
