The Weather Channel predicts "scattered strong storms" in the KC area all evening. I have to go out, which means I won't be around during any rain delay. So just in case, here's a Rainout Theater:

Can you ban Shitheel Anonymous? I love this site because everyone is here to have fun and his shenanigans are cruel and tragic. Tell Google he's a robot or a Russian oligarch or something. Whatever it takes.
I’m just reading the box. How did Frazier miss his first. 2018 AB?
Beau,
Five pitch walk in the the second.
And walked again just now...
My brazen magnificence makes a certain member on the anons soooo cranky. It's a terrible burden being this wonderful.
Gary!
Tonight YES telecast makes me realize how much I will miss Ken Singleton.
He is my fav too
Belly to belly!!!
First time this year, if I can believe the interwebs.
Guess the box was wrong.
When did John start doing “like a good Gleyber, Torres is there”?
DELLIN LOOKED GREAT TONIGHT.
CLINT LOOKED GOOD.
GARY....OH GARY. (MAN, HE CAN HIT, IF HE COULD JUST CONTROL HIMSELF MORE),
GLEYBER.
14 HITS!...NOW WE'RE TALKING.
WE'RE BACK ON TRACK, AND NOW I'M GOING TO WATCH MUSTANG'S HONEYMOONER EPISODE AS A CELEBRATION.- THANK YOU MUSTANG.
IN MY OPINION, THE GREATEST COMEDY SHOW IN THE HISTORY OF TELEVISION.
67 YEARS LATER, IT IS STILL FUNNY AS HELL, (EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE SEEN ALL OF THEM 100 TIMES APIECE).
Hey Killer Doc Warblist--you're so wonderful that you have killed at least two human beings because of misdiagnosed life-threatening conditions. You're so wonderful that until I brought it to your attention, you had never heard of Castle Connolly's top doctors database, nor did you have any idea how it is selected. You disparage it as an obscurity, yet it is featured by every elite hospital on the planet.
Because you are intellectually lazy, stupid, and basically ignorant of the basics of your own profession--in other words, a drunken, lonely quack--you claim that no one has ever heard of Castle Connolly--because it's a peer-driven listing of the best doctors, and your absence from it demonstrates what a shitty doctor you are.
No one has ever heard of it except all the elite hospitals in the country, which actively cite its best doctor ratings in their doctor bios and in their hospital advertising and promotions (see extensive citation of the Castle Connolly listings below from three of the top hospitals in the world). No one has ever heard of Castle Connolly except the likes of New York magazine, one of the most important publications in the country, which uses its best-doctor listings as the basis for its annual "Best Doctors" issue.
Until I brought it to your attention, you had not heard of it because you're fourth-rate piece of shit incompetent who is lucky not to have had your license suspended by now.
Clear enough, asshole? And it's obvious from the erratic pattern of your posts, their odd obsessive quality and the strange hours of posting, that you have a serious drinking problem. Get help.

Love the Honeymooners, too, ALL-CAPS—even Trixie.
WinWarblist, I was going to say that you keep me sane but, well, I guess the best we can say is, "partly sane."
Nice game today, everybody actually awake and up for playing.
And a great day for sports: Celtics crushed, Justify makes the Belmont Stakes relevant with its "Run Home in the Gloamin'". (Yes, I have patented that, thank you.) The only bad moment was the Buckaroos—as I believe WW named them—losing in Fenway. Even the Mets had a nice win.
Most amazing note: Hicks' inside-the-park job made him the first Yankee since Mickey Mantle in 1958 to have multiple inside-the-park home runs in the same season, when The Mick had three.
Now I know, the Original Stadium was about the size of Wyoming with all sorts of terrifying obstacles, such as actual stone monuments. On the other hand, Mantle had the handicap of playing on half-a-leg.
Another amazing fact about The Mick, even from the grave.
Oh yes--the lonely drunk fourth-rate "doctor" Winwarblist helps keep so many people sane by reminding them that they are not Winwarblist, bereft of family, with no friends except alcohol, tethered to a keyboard to enact a semblance of attachment to a group of athletic mercenaries and through them to other humans who affirm through them some shred of human worth. Yes, by contrast to that cratered wreck of a human being, everyone feels sane--even HC66.
LOVE TRIXIE TOO... HOSS.
LOVE THEM ALL....
JACKIE GLEASON, ART CARNEY, AUDREY MEADOWS, JOYCE RANDOLPH.
SO BRILLIANT STILL, IN BLACK AND WHITE.
QUESTION FOR MUSTANG: WAS THAT REALLY THE ACTUAL FIRST EPISODE? THE CAPTAIN VIDEO EPISODE?....HARD TO BELIEVE, AS THAT WAS A PRIME EPISODE..... IF IT WAS, IT WAS HILARITY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE.
There were relatively few episodes, I think, at least at first. But they stand up!
AAAaAaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHaaaa-ah-ah-ah-aaaaaaaaAaAaHaHaHaaaAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!__+!!!'"£!!!"£@+/(!!!¥√Ï€=°^$¥©®™✓×!!!!!!!
First episode:
TV or Not TV https://g.co/kgs/RrQPMJ
HC66, and ALLCAPS:
Yes, TV or Not TV was the first episode. The ensemble had created the characters and the basic scenario a few years earlier as a recurring sketch on Jackie Gleason's weekly variety show. So, when the series began, they had everything down and, as ALLCAPS notes, they were hilarious right out of the gate. To HC66, there were 39 episodes in the one-year run of the series. We've all seen them all.
My personal favorite is Young At Heart. For me, that episode combines everything they did well: Good writing, good comic timing, excellent physical comedy. I am always blown away by the audience's stunned reaction when Alice dresses down Ralph after he makes fun of her for wanting to go roller skating. Powerful stuff.
Mustang, thanks for posting.
Mustang!
