This Win Streak Is For Horace Clark

I give you " victory woman."

A Spanish farmer gal who "owns" last night's thrilling victory.

I wouldn't select her for my Dutch Beauty contest, but she can dig potatoes with the best of them.

And the question of the day is:

" Is she the twin sister of a famous American?"

Were people with her DNA once immigrants to Queens, N.Y?

Here's to globalization !

I promise I can find more.

If we keep winning.

Chalk this one up to your memory of beautiful things, HOSS.

And that includes Sanchez's homer last night ( another immigrant of Spanish decent ).

She's not a twin. Her hands are bigger.

Boone lets her sit on his face = We win the Series

That's the trade-off of the day.

They exist LBJ. Much of Spain and Portugal were inhabited by the Celts up until the Romans moved in. Later A few Germanic tribes migrated there during Rome's collapse. If I had to guess she's probably from the Galicia or Navarre areas. Those places were were largely untouched when the Moors were there.

Leinstery: I lived in Spain twice, for a year each time, 25 years apart. Before then, I visited Spain at least once per year from 1982 until 1994. While I know what you say is theoretically possible and historically correct, the vast majority of the women there (i.e., 97%), particularly in Navarra, have dark eyes, dark eyebrows, and dark hair.

Perhaps this picture can be used tomorrow.

Ha! And now I see that this woman IS Spanish and was likely on Alphonso's radar because she's a ringer for Donald Trump.

I should have known that this was a master stroke. Please disregard all prior comments.

But I am finding it difficult to ignore that picture. They build them strong ...

That's pretty cool LBJ. I'll certainly take your word for it as I've never been there, all I have is a love of history and have glanced at DNA maps. Northwest Spain always has a bit more variation.
