They exist LBJ. Much of Spain and Portugal were inhabited by the Celts up until the Romans moved in. Later A few Germanic tribes migrated there during Rome's collapse. If I had to guess she's probably from the Galicia or Navarre areas. Those places were were largely untouched when the Moors were there.
Leinstery: I lived in Spain twice, for a year each time, 25 years apart. Before then, I visited Spain at least once per year from 1982 until 1994. While I know what you say is theoretically possible and historically correct, the vast majority of the women there (i.e., 97%), particularly in Navarra, have dark eyes, dark eyebrows, and dark hair.
