Okay, Let's Start A Winning Streak....

Anyone want to take a bet?

Who's pitching today?

Do I care?

Take my money and pass the fucking bottle.

Gentleman Jack all day.

I say we lose.

Winning streaks require players getting hot. Since Advanced Analytics doesn't believe in "getting hot" this is an unlikely event. AA is going to 1 win 1 loss his way to .500. He also doesn't believe in giving that bum Sonny Gray his own catcher for other reasons. If you can't prove a direct correlation with an alpha of .05, then Advanced Analytics doesn't have time for your mumbo jumbo.

I know I was the first to get onto Binders when he was too by the book. But GOODNESS GRACIOUS he makes the Binders look like the most "by the gut" type of manager there has ever been.

It's amazing what happes when a starter actually gives up less runs than what the team scores... Montgomery sevy and who???

And at least binders made SOME TYPE of mark on the game good or bad...what does Boone do besides look pretty

GENTLEMAN J ALL DAY....

THE PERFECT ELIXIR FOR A SEASON BEGINNING LIKE THIS....

THE RED SOX MUST BEGIN TO LOSE....

METS, METS, METS....

JUDGEY LOOKS GOOD AT LEAST....

ANDUJAR TURNING THE CORNER NICELY....

NOW, IT'S GLEYBER TIME...(HE BETTER PLAY 2ND...RIGHT?)

SIP....

SIP.

Response to ALL CAPS....

I say; Leave Andujar at third. Teach him to recognize sliders away and lay off them. That is all he is going to see, unless he has a 3-0 or 3-1 count. Everyone knows he can kill fastballs.

Gleyber is second base yes. It is his only position. Send Wade and Walker home.

My fear; what if Drury starts to see again? Cashman traded for him, so they will want to play him.

Stay with the kid, I say.

I am still consuming that GJ bottle. A big win.

Exactly, Alphonso!

Give Drury a first-base glove if he wants to play for us again. Or have him shag some flies. And anyway, shouldn't he put in a month or so in Scranton, just to make sure he's okay? We wouldn't want to rush the guy.

Cashman ought to be on the phone already, firing up a deal for Drury but especially for Neil "65 plate appearances and no home runs" Walker.
