Sure was. Because it was a close game.

It had all the signs of another pineapple: a key error, two key passed balls, starter gone before he gets 14 outs, bad clutch hitting and baserunning.

But...the guys came through, against a good pitcher, which is terrific. Sure, to a certain degree this is what comes from trying to get through games with Tyler Clippard (thank you, Blue Jays). But a win is a win.

And hey, Scranton got a hit! All right, an infield single. But still! And a walk!
