Ng apt sr vp MLB ops

A career move made for Twitter:

Kim Ng appointed senior vice president of operations for Major League Baseball. (She's a former Yankee executive.)

Keep in mind that she'll work with Joe Garigolia Jr., the notorious Yankee-hater who -- moments after the Yankees, courageous holders of America's heart in the aftermath of 9/11, lost to Arizona in the 2001 World Series -- had his Diamondback stooges mockingly play "New York, New York" over the stadium loudspeakers... the singlemost craven act of poor sportsmanship since the Moors were driven from Spain.

No, sir. We haven't forgotten.
