What a two-bit, tin-horn dictator.

An ump needs to be like the long snapper on the football team. If he's doing his job, you shouldn't even realize he's there. Whenever you notice he's even in the game (e.g., the ball sails over the punter's head), something is very, very wrong.

Yeah, it was all a hospital plot.
